We are seeking a distinguished part-time Intelligence Training Instructor to provide essential training support to a U.S. government agency in the Springfield, VA area. This role will focus on delivering specialized intelligence education through a variety of formats, including 3-day workshops and extended eight-week programs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intelligence Training Instructor, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Delivering high-quality instruction on critical subjects such as:
• Intelligence collection and analytic tradecraft
• Data science for intelligence
• Presentational tradecraft
• Legal and ethical considerations in intelligence
• Analytic leadership and management
• Cyber analysis and counterintelligence
• Threat detection and reporting
• Collaboration and information sharing
• Assessing student performance while providing constructive and meaningful feedback to foster their learning experience.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the intelligence community to ensure course relevance and quality.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage adult learners.
• In-depth understanding of intelligence topics and practices, including associated legal and ethical considerations.

Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence relevant to the subjects taught.
• At least five years of operational experience in relevant methodologies (e.g., analytic tradecraft).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Intelligence, Political Science, or Data Science.
