Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to baggage claims, flight delays, refunds, and other travel-related concerns.
  • Offer support for loyalty program inquiries, upgrades, and special travel requests.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide escalations when necessary.
  • Stay informed about Delta’s latest policies, promotions, and travel restrictions to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Manage and document customer interactions in Delta’s CRM system, ensuring all records are kept up to date.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficient in using computers, including CRM systems and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple customer inquiries.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of customers in different time zones.

Educational Qualifications:
