Requirements:

  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data entry or typing are a plus.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative work, or typing is preferred but not mandatory—training is provided for the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and other data entry systems.
  • Ability to focus for extended periods and manage multiple data entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently from home.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional training or certifications in office administration, data management, or computer applications is an advantage but not mandatory.
