About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven People Insights Product Delivery Leader to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our People Insights products, focusing on data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and HR leaders, to ensure the successful implementation of our people analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Product Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of People Insights products, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored people analytics solutions.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product development, optimize HR processes, and drive decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and tracking for multiple product delivery initiatives, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to continuously enhance product capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and scaling of People Insights products.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering presentations and reports that showcase the value of our people analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or HR analytics, with a focus on people data and insights.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
