About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Real Time Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of the Workforce Management team, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance metrics, optimizing staffing levels, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Track and analyze real-time call center performance, including call volumes, wait times, and agent productivity.
  • Scheduling & Adjustments: Make intraday adjustments to staffing schedules based on changing demand to maximize efficiency.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and distribute daily performance reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to address operational issues, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis: Use workforce management tools to gather data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve service levels.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery, including system outages or high call volumes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real-time monitoring, workforce management, or call center operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Verint, NICE, Aspect) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
