Key Responsibilities:

- Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses to craft tailored advertising solutions.
- Lead Management: Manage a pipeline of leads, follow up with prospects, and utilize CRM tools to track progress and stay organized.
- Client Engagement: Educate business owners on the value of Yelp’s platform, using data and success stories to support your recommendations.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and managers to strategize on best practices and share insights to maximize outreach.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a high-volume, outbound sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to persuade and close sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) and virtual communication tools.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and overcoming challenges.
- Remote Readiness: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, managing your time and workload effectively.
- Availability: Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone to align with our customer engagement strategy.
