Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will:
• Proactively manage calendar appointments across multiple time zones
• Accommodate last-minute changes and urgent business needs
• Organize and manage meetings, including logistics and catering
• Assist in preparing presentations and tracking team expenditures
• Coordinate monthly activities, including feedback compilation
• Provide detailed itineraries for travel arrangements
• Support recruitment processes for the team

• Proven experience as an executive assistant in large global companies
• Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Resourceful and independent thinker with excellent prioritization skills
• Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making capabilities

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
